These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Land of Oz NC website and the Influencer & Content Creator Program (the "Program"). By using the site or applying to the Program, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to apply. By submitting an application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that any media kit or content you upload is yours to share.

Applications and acceptance

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion. Accepted creators receive a separate set of program guidelines covering deliverables, timelines, and any compensation or benefits.

Content and intellectual property

• You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content through the creator portal, you grant Land of Oz NC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reshare, and repurpose that content for marketing the park and the Program, with credit where reasonable.
• You must comply with FTC endorsement and disclosure guidelines, tag our official accounts as instructed, and submit drafts for approval before posting.
• Land of Oz NC trademarks, logos, and likenesses remain the property of Land of Oz NC and may only be used as described in your program guidelines.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including, without limitation, by attempting to bypass access controls, uploading malware, or submitting fraudulent applications.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and Program are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Land of Oz NC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the Program.

Termination

We may suspend or end your participation in the Program at any time for violation of these Terms or program guidelines.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
